A a video went viral on social media in which patients are being seen sharing beds. In the video Covid-19 patients were seen sharing birds at the government medical College Nagpur Maharashtra . Maharashtra going through the worst corona conditions. It is like a nightmare for the peoples . In this situation the management of the government hospital is tested . And the hospital are failing. When the video went viral the medical superintendent Dr. Avinash V Gawande came forward and clarified that, ” It’s generally doesn’t happen It’s A 900 bed Hospital . Patients come from neighbouring district and states so it’s important to give them oxygen quickly.

Generally we have 85 bed wards for emergency patients- acts as station before shifting patients. Sometimes several patients come simultaneously. In such situations there might be possibility of there being two patients on one bed. But they are shifted within ten to fifteen minutes; Dr. Avinash V Gawande.

In the meanwhile Uddhav Thackrey writes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi . Many states including Maharashtra are facing a huge upsurge in Corona cases during second wave of Covid-19. Uddhav Thackrey claimed many reliefs requested for mini lockdown . Chief Minister of Maharashtra claimed the following relifies from the central government. While many of the government hospitals in Maharashtra are facing the problem of shortage of beds, oxygen and many more.

Uddhav Thackrey claimed for the relief in of the timeline of submitting GST return for the month of March , April should be extended by three months for small and medium tax payers . He also requested for mini lockdown in the states. In the view of covid-19 pandemic situation in the state of mini lockdown is necessity . Covid-19 pandemic may be Notified as natural calamity for the state disaster response fund (SDRF) . According to the state may be allowed to pay Gratuitous Relief (GR) of Rupees ₹ hundred adult per day and rupees 60 per child per day in the period of lockdown to all the Antodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and Priority House Hold (PHH)family members whose names are included in AAY and PHH ration cards they are the ones whose livelihood are seriously affected due to lockdown.

The said expenditure may be allowed from the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) during the current financial year. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackrey also said that the first installment of central share of SDRF may be released to the state to tide over the financial situation arising out of Covid-19 pandemic. Many small scale industries, business, startup’s have taken bank loans under different government scheme and have supported the country in becoming Aatmanirbhar in various ways. These today are reeling under impact of Covid restrictions on many economic activities. Even when a sector is not restricted , contraction in demand during these tes is quite evident. Given this Secaniro , we must come out with a helping hand for their survival. It is thus requested that banks may be asked to defer the installments that are becoming due at least in first quarter of current financial year may be postponed without intrest.
