Bangalore: Some private schools have announced a holiday on Saturday in the wake of the death of renowned actor Puneet Raj Kumar. Private schools union Roopsa Karnataka has issued a statement on this. However, Education Minister BC Nagesh said that no decision has been taken on declaring holidays for government schools. He said the matter would be discussed with Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai.
