Head to Head matches Bangalore vs Chennai! Rcb vs Csk Head to Head matches details

May 4, 2022

RCB vs CSK Head to Head Records, Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Head-to-Head Record Against Chennai Super Kings– IPL 2022 Match 49. CSK takes on RCB in match 49 of IPL 2022 in the reverse fixture at the MCA Stadium in Pune on May 4. Chennai beat Bangalore when the teams met earlier in the season.

However, it is RCB who are on the back foot heading into this game having lost three back-to-back games. They are placed fifth on the points table while CSK is ninth.

A total of 74 matches will be played in IPL 2022 across the four venues in Maharashtra. 20 matches each will be played at the Wankhede Stadium and the DY Patil Stadium while 15 games each will be played at the Brabourne Stadium and the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium. Group A has teams like MI, KKR, DC, RR, and LSG. Group B consists of CSK, RCB, SRH, PBKS, and GT.

Chennai Super Kings returned to winning ways with MS Dhoni’s return as captain. He led the team beautifully and brought out his tactical acumen to bear SRH who beat them earlier in the season. This win has kept CSK alive in the playoff race. They now need to win all their remaining five games and improve on their net run rate as well to make it to the last four.

RCB, on the other hand, looks depleted having lost three on the bounce. Their performance has been inconsistent throughout the season and they have failed to gather any kind of momentum. Their latest loss was against Gujarat Titans when their bowlers failed to defend 170. They now have just four games remaining and they need to win all four to give themselves a chance of making it to the playoffs.
