On Saturday Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal as usual came to a press conference announced that vaccination for adults is stopped. He announced that vaccination for 18+ has been halted in Delhi due to vaccine shortage. But the central government had already provided 16 lakh vaccine alone for Delhi in May. And the government had said that they will order more 6 lakh for the country capital.

BJP MPs and MLA’S say that each and everytime Arvind Kejriwal comes for a press conference his only moto remains political. They further said that when Center has provided 16 lakh why can’t the state government establish a contract with pharma companies.any states like Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh have given orders to Pharmacy establishment to provide them with vaccines. And many states are looking forward to have a contract with Russian or American pharma companies. But Chief Minister of Delhi is fooling citizens of Delhi by saying centre is not providing vaccines. And just playing the victim cards in front of Delhi citizens.

Delhi CM writes to PM over #COVID19 vaccine situation. His letter reads, “We’ve to close the vaccination centres from today as vaccines for 18+ category is exhausted. Delhi needs 80 lakh vaccines every month so that everyone here can be vaccinated within 3 months.’ Says Arvind kejirwal.

His letter further reads, ‘Delhi received only 16 lakh vaccines in May and we have been told that we will receive only 8 lakh vaccines in June. If this is the pace then it will take 30 months to vaccinate just the adults reports in Ani.
