Uttar Pradesh; Ghaziabad Police has sent legal notice to Twitter India MD. The notice was sent today on a complaint of erupting cultural violence. The complaint was filed when a video had went viral claiming that a Muslim man was forced to Chant Jai Shri Ram. But when the enquiry was done it was found that there was no mention of Jai Shri Ram.

And it was a fight of personal grudges between the both the men. And the both of them belonged to the same community. But the video claimed that the Muslim Men was forced to chant Jai Shri Ram. The police investigation was done and almost all the accused were arrested but still one or two remain. The police has summoned the Managing Director of Twitter India Manish Maheshwari and had said that we aim that the MD will corporate.

Information about the legal notice sent to Twitter India MD

Ghaziabad Police sent legal notice to Managing Director of Twitter India over viral video of an elderly man in Loni being assaulted with the intent of “provoking communal unrest” The MD has been asked to come to the Police Station Loni Border & record the statement within 7 days.

We have summoned Twitter India head Manish Maheshwari & have also asked some details from him within a week, via mail. I hope he will cooperate in the investigation: Iraz Raza, SP Rural, Ghaziabad said to the press.

Almost all main accused have been arrested in the case. Maybe one or two are remaining, they will be arrested soon. The incident was given a communal angle, action is being taken against those involved: Iraz Raza, SP Rural, Ghaziabad said the SP.
